Construction management and building construction works are performed in diffrerent type of buildings: residential, industrial, warehousing and administrative buildings.

The range of works includes:

• Construction work calendar scheduling and execution control
• Budget and performance monitoring
• Organization, implementation and coordination of construction process
• Client's representation of contractors and suppliers
• Building materials selection and organization of supply

Residential buildings

Residential community "Rasų slėnis" (Valley of Rasos)

In 2007 16-houses residential community "Rasų slėnis" were built in Vilnius, Pavilniai Regional Park. The project earned the title of the best real estate development project of 2006 in the nomination of modern architecture's harmony with the environment.

Residential community "Bičiulių settlement"

In 2009  residential community "Bičiulių settlement" of 63 houses were built in Trakai district. There are built  7 types of semi-detached houses, with a total area from​​122 to 182 sq.m.

From 2008 to 2014, we have built a number of individual residential houses. In 2011-2014 under order of  SIA "Papes Būvindustrija "  the settlement of 6 residential houses were built in Pape, Latvia. In the period of 2011-2013  we built and equiped five individual  houses of 180-500 sq.m according to individual projects in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Holiday apartments “Pajūrio rezidencija” ("Seaside Residence")

In 2007-2008 we performed building renovation and construction works at 260 holiday apartments "Seaside residence" in Palanga, S.Daukanto str. 8.10. The total building area of 26 000 sq.m.

Warehouse / office premises

In Vilnius, Titnago str. 19 at Finnish company “Ramirent” request warehouse premises of 2000 sq m were built and outfitted, German company “Peri” rents warehouse premises of 1500 sq m, sites of 8700 sq m and office premises of 154 sq m. During 2019-2020, 525 sq m of administrative premises were renovated and adapted for modern offices.
